The Process
The way coaching works is we look at your thinking, the patterns and recurring thoughts and feelings that come up for you around them. I teach you how to process your feelings, you practice actually sitting with them, then you choose the new thoughts and feelings you want to replace the old conditioned ones, then you practice the new thoughts until they become your new normal. This doesn’t mean the old thoughts go away but they do lessen their grasp on you over time as you practice them less and less and strengthen the new thoughts and feelings.
The Effects
You’re able to actually rest your brain and body. You are able to play with your kid or pet and be present. You can sit down and watch a movie and actually watch it without pulling out your phone.
You don’t reach for your vape constantly, you are able to quit without suffering and white knuckling through a withdrawal process. You feel proud of yourself and you look forward to celebrating your progress daily rather than the moment when you can reach for your vape.
You care for yourself first and others second which results in a much higher quality of care for your family, home, job, and greater community because you aren’t burnt out and flailing but rather self resourcing and eager to help others because you are taken care of.
You’re able to manage your money from a clear and sufficient place rather than from fear and scarcity which allows you to make better long and short term decisions about your money. This means easily moving larger amounts of money with quicker decision making which in turn saves you money because you no longer wait until the last minute, instead you plan and execute without hesitation.
You’re able to not make other people’s words or actions mean anything about you. You stop taking responsibility for anyone else’s thoughts but your own which empowers you to raise your prices, set boundaries from love and not fear, and go forward with that kooky idea you have that you’ve sat on for fear of what other people might think. You stop caring about what other people think and start caring way more about how you think!
